Realized projects
A set of three detached houses in the style of Scandinavian urban villas with 5(6)+kk with their own plots, situated in a picturesque village just over 10 km from Prague in the location of new development.
The rough construction was built using high-quality building materials. In the interior and exterior, superior materials were used. The houses were built according to the design of an international architectural study.
The location was carefully selected and chosen because of the transport accessibility, proximity to nature.

Kunice is a village in the Prague-East district, located about 10 km southeast of the Prague border. It has approximately 1 700 inhabitants. The area is very popular with holidaymakers and cottagers, who inhabit more than 400 cottages
The village has full civic amenities such as a primary school, shops, post office, and pharmacy. In the neighboring village of Velke Popovice, there is an equestrian sports academy, hockey club, brewery Velkopopovicky Kozel, shopping and entertainment center. The Loreta Golf Club Pysely is nearby (11 km). Nearby Pruhonice offers a number of quality restaurants and you can also visit Pruhonice Castle with a park (18.5 km).
Nature lovers will certainly welcome the possibility of cycling and hiking through Baron Ringhoffer's countryside around several castles: the hotel castle Stirin with the Ringhoffer Golf Club, Berchtold Castle, and the natural monument Chlum Quarry.
The bus stop is located right next to the houses with connections to Mirošovice and Velké Popovice. Easy and convenient accessibility is guaranteed by PID to the railway station Strančice and then by train to the main railway station by line S9, the journey takes 34 minutes, PID to metro C Opatov.
The journey to the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic - Westfield Chodov takes up to 15 minutes by car.
