The property is situated in a UNESCO-protected historical building in the heart of Prague. The project boasts a vast terrace on the rooftop with panoramic views spanning the entire city. During the construction of the property, cutting-edge technologies and eco-friendly materials were utilized, taking into account all the trends and peculiarities of today in this specific region.
The project is nearly fully automated, minimizing any dependence on the city for electricity and heating supplies. The project has its autonomous heating and electricity system.
All systems in the penthouse, such as heating, lighting, video surveillance, plant irrigation, and opening and closing of doors and windows, can be controlled automatically and remotely.
The location allows for the exclusion of car usage, as any point of interest in the city can be reached on foot. As of today, there is simply no equivalent in the city, and it is unlikely to appear in the near future.
